Veros Launches National Coverage for AVM with Increased Hit Rates and Accuracy
Industry-Leading Property Valuation Software Expands Coverage to 40 States and over 600 Counties

IRVINE, CA – Jan. 27, 2003 – Veros Software, a recognized leader in predictive technology and advanced analytics, has officially launched the latest version of its VeroVALUE AVM property valuation software (www.verovalue.com). This latest release brings VeroVALUE, the industry’s most accurate AVM, to an increased geographic coverage area of 40 states and more than 600 counties.  Along with the geographic expansion, VeroVALUE has strengthened its accuracy with enhancements to the already robust internal valuation models.

The new release also updates Veros’ valuation technology with enhanced versions of existing valuation methods and the addition of new proprietary techniques. Veros further packaged updates to its wireless valuation platform and account management systems. Users may access property valuation reports from virtually any internet-ready mobile device and have them sent via email or VeroVALUE’s Recall code to anywhere in the world. The latest version of Veros’ online account management and reporting system offers Veros’ customers real-time content management with unparalleled flexibility in use and customization of the AVM.
