Veros Takes AVM Coverage National and
Predicts More Offerings
Leading Property Valuation Software, VeroVALUE, Expands to
National Coverage

IRVINE, CA - Dec. 3, 2002 - Veros Software, a recognized leader in predictive technology and advanced analytics, announced today that it will dramatically expand the coverage area of its VeroVALUE AVM property valuation software (www.verovalue.com).

VeroVALUE, the industry's most accurate AVM, was formally released in mid-2002 for use in 18 states across the country. Due to customer demand and accelerating industry acceptance of AVM technology, Veros is completing the national roll-out of its AVM on schedule due at the beginning of the year.

Veros will continue its effort to maximize county coverage during the expansion. In its initial coverage of 18 states, Veros was able to post over 400 counties online.
