Standard AVM reports include value estimate, value range, confidence score, available subject property information, market data information and historical price trends for the subject's neighborhood. Additional information such as 12 month valuation forecasting and fraud detection can be added to each AVM report.

Collateral Integrity Analysis
The Collateral Integrity Analysis (CIA) report utilizes the latest technology to analyze, detect and accurately identify high-risk properties, market areas, and transactions while minimizing costly false positives.
The CIA report includes a summary page encapsulating all major findings to save you time. The market proven metrics include the Subject Risk Score, the Market Risk Score, the combined Collateral Integrity Score, among others that provide a comprehensive snapshot of market conditions. Following the summary page, the CIA report provides detailed property information for a number of recent sales and local properties, maps, graphs and other market analysis to support and confirm findings.

VeroFI FEASIBILITY INDICATOR
VeroFI uses predictive technology with variable collateral risk modeling to analyze the potential risk specific to a residential lending transaction. Requirements: Address, City, State or Zip and a valuation estimate (previous value and date are optional).

The Propertywise Qualified AVM Program is based on proprietary methods for choosing qualified AVMs based on years of research conducted by GMAC Residential Funding. Accessed through the VeroSELECT advanced collateral risk management system, Propertywise delivers a valuation result in seconds from rules established and continuously maintained by GMAC Residential Funding. GMAC Residential Funding has established favorable terms for the purchase of certain second mortgages sold to GMAC Residential Funding where the value of the collateral was established using a Propertywise Qualified AVM.

Accepted by Countrywide Home Loans on expanded criteria loan programs * VeroVALUE Secured Plus (VSP) warrants the accuracy of an AVM valuation. Each secured valuation is backed by an insurance company with a minimum A.M. Best A rating. Property types: Single Family Residence, Condominium, Townhomes, Flexible FICO limits apply, High LTV availability, Flexible coverage limits, No physical inspection of the property is necessary.

Disaster Analysis Report
Disaster Analysis Report maintains an ongoing flow of information from Federal Emergency Agency (FEMA) and other national, regional and local sources to provide additional due diligence to verify the potential damage from earthquakes, fires, hurricanes and other possible threats. The system delivers aerial or satellite photos of property status and its surrounding areas both before and after the disaster, a FEMA designated street map that provides overlays of hazard information and a complete description of the type and severity of hazard or damage.

DisasterWatch
DisasterWatch enables an organization to automatically receive future warning alerts and associated Disaster Analysis Reports for a given subject property or pool of loans for a period of five years.

VeroPHOTO+
Get a VeroVALUE AVM report with a digital photo of the subject property and an external property condition report completed at the time of the AVM order. VeroPHOTO+ reports are delivered within three to five business days of placing the order. Supplemental options include interior photographs and condition reports of the subject property, street scenes, and photographs of nearby recent area sales.
